1) We receive your phone number and address. 2) We schedule a free estimate or if you already know the square footage of the area and or how many zones you need we take you word for it. 3) We agree on the pricing. 4) You put a down-payment 1/2 or 2/3. 5) We expertly finish your job to completion and satisfaction. 6) You enjoy your 30 day warranty that you can extend to up to 90 days by leaving a review with a picture.

Return Policy for JFC Landscaping and Sod:

Sod Pallet(s) or Pieces: We stand by the quality of our sod products. If you receive pallets or pieces that remain untouched, you may return them for a full refund. However, if pieces have already been installed and there are any instances of dead sod within 30 days of installation, you can submit a claim for replacement. Simply provide your address, a copy of your receipt, and photographic evidence to 813-210-2120. Rest assured, your claim will be processed within 48 business hours.

Installations: Please note that installations, being a service, are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we provide peace of mind with 30 days of insurance coverage on your installations. Additionally, you can extend this coverage by leaving us a 5-star Google review for an extra 30 days of insurance, or by leaving a 5-star review along with a picture for an extra 60 days. This insurance encompasses replacement of dead sod pieces, as well as necessary irrigation and landscaping repairs (installed by JFC Landscaping & Sod LLC).
